Transport infrastructure & engineering

We focus on the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of transport systems and structures that support the movement of people and goods. This plays a critical role in shaping how societies function and grow by ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable transportation and infrastructure networks.

Concept, planning and preliminary design

From the first idea to the first sketch, we guide our clients through every critical decision ensuring the project is feasible, sustainable, and aligned with their goals. We turn ideas into actionable concepts we advise on design standards, advise on environmental concerns, and manage stakeholder needs to prepare precision-engineered layouts and cost-effective solutions.

Detailed design

From rural roads to cycle lanes, we take approved concepts and develop them into construction-ready designs that meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance. Utilising the latest 3D Software and BIM compliance, we develop immersive, data-rich models that enable life cycle asset management; and supply our clients with detailed drawings, specifications, and digital models ready for tender, construction, and digital twin integration.

Drainage design

Our team engineer efficient, sustainable storm and foul water systems using the latest 3D modelling tools to ensure infrastructure is flood-resilient, regulation-ready, and future-proof. This includes preparing accurate modelling of runoff, flow rates and detention requirements to prepare detailed plans, profiles, and schedules for culverts, channels, manholes, and pipe networks ready for tender and construction.

Construction management

We provide hands-on leadership, rigorous oversight, and clear communication to all parties to ensure every phase of construction is executed with precision and accountability. Through tracking of progress, costs, and resources using proven project management tools and methodologies we proactively identify and mitigate risks, with structured change control processes to avoid delays and cost overruns.

Road safety

Our road safety team conduct audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend improvements to reduce risk, prevent accidents, and protect every road user. We carry out crash data analysis and risk mapping to assess accident trends and high-risk locations to guide targeted safety interventions which are aligned with national and international road safety guidelines.

Our design philosophy is rooted in innovation and resilience

We approach each design with a clear goal, to create infrastructure that not only performs efficiently but also respects the landscape and supports sustainability.
Our design philosophy is rooted in innovation and resilience - whether it’s incorporating sustainable urban drainage systems, optimising road geometry for sustainable travel, or selecting low-carbon materials - we ensure that every detail contributes to a greener outcome.
We’re proud to design infrastructure that connects communities while protecting the ecosystems they depend on.

Our transport infrastructure &  engineering team

Our team transforms ideas into sustainable, buildable infrastructure, working closely with clients to guide them through each stage of the process - from the first sketch to construction-ready designs.

As a team of Chartered Civil Engineers, we provide assurances that our outputs are aligned with the highest design standards, considering not only the needs of the client, but of the safety of those using the transport infrastructure when it’s constructed.
