Lower fares and the simplification of fares and ticketing, are key aspects of the National Bus Strategy, aiming to make public transport more attractive, affordable, and easy to use. Working with operators and local authorities, we design and implement ticketing solutions, using big data models to predict and evaluate, and consider both traditional ticketing and technology-led solutions.
